Welcome to Summit Computers.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Summit Computers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

  • Summit Computers sells Prebuilt and refurbished PCs. Each product is unique, and specifications are listed as accurately as possible. Photos are for reference only.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Summit Computers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or duplicate orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier or external factors. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the courier accepts the parcel.

  • Local delivery within South-East Melbourne is available.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • Summit Computers provides a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or software issues.

  • Summit Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or downtime.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy (see below). Fraudulent claims may result in legal action.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
