Warranty Policy
All New Summit Computers PCs come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase. This does not cover refurbished PCs
The warranty covers hardware defects in any component of the Summit Computers, excluding software.
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, spills, power surges)

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation

Software, operating system errors, or viruses

Normal wear and tear
If a defect arises during the warranty period, Summit Computers will:
- Repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge with new or refurbished parts that perform identically to the original.
If Summit Computers finds the whole product to be unrepairable, or a single component has resulted in the damage of other components, we will:
- Offer a product that is as close to the original product in function and aesthetics.
- Offer a full refund
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty claims; Summit Computers covers return shipping after repair.
